The Elkhart Truth recently featured one of OMS’s projects in an article titled, “Historic building undergoes renovation, gets new life.” OMS had the opportunity to be the architect for the Deming Building project. This historic structure sits on the corner of Sixth and Cherry streets and is a well-known landmark.

Young Adult Seating Section Hayworth Hoop Table Hayworth Hello Chairs The Avon Public Library’s previous teen/young adult area was outdated, small, and difficult to find in the existing library. The OMS team had a vision to create a vibrant, flexible, and collaborative teen environment. To achieve this goal, the renovation included new Hayworth “hello” mobile.

The Indianapolis Parks Board of Marion County awarded their renovation project of Chuck Klein Sports Complex to Brandt Construction, Inc. out of Indianapolis, IN. The scope of the project consists of a new community room, renovation to the three (3) softball fields, new fencing, backstops, rejuvenated infields and outfields, and new bleachers.
