
Geoffrey D. Odle
As the firm’s CEO, Geof Odle provides leadership in all areas of OMS operations. A firm believer in the power of planning, Geof’s unique strategic methodology brings together OMS core disciplines with well thought out market research to creatively meet client objectives. As an active community advocate, he is involved with several important organizations dedicated to land beautification, historic preservation and public education. Over the years, he has been honored with numerous awards for his volunteer efforts toward improving the central Indiana community and advancing the profession of architecture across the nation.
Matthew R. Mayol, AIA, REFP, CSI, CDT
Matt Mayol serves as President of OMS and oversees the strategic focus and business performance of the firm’s multiple offices. Well respected for his keen insight and problem solving abilities, Matt has an in-depth understanding of all areas of architecture and engineering. A graduate of Ball State University’s College of Architecture and Butler University’s Business Administration Masters Program, Matt is directly responsible for overall quality initiatives at OMS including design excellence, sustainability and technical delivery. He also plays a key role in guiding the firm’s staff development, business diversification and collaborative communication processes.
Patrick D. Archer
As the Executive Vice President of Administration at OMS, Pat Archer manages all aspects of the firm’s business and financial matters. Known for his unwavering attention to detail, Pat has played a significant role in the strategic and operational growth of OMS over the past two decades. His efforts have helped solidify the regional stature of OMS and have led to the efficient expansion of the firm’s national business interests as well. Pat has worked diligently to integrate resource development and recruitment, while effectively promoting “borderless” environments within OMS’ multiple offices.
Gerard J. Skibinski, AIA
As Executive Vice President and Senior Technical Principal, Gerard Skibinski oversees technical quality control of all disciplines at OMS. From initial planning to construction administration, Gerard’s expertise in the technical aspects of complex buildings ensures a high level of quality and accuracy within OMS documents. A graduate of the Ball State University College of Architecture, Gerard has served in a variety of important capacities during his two decades with the firm. His experience includes project segments such as large-scale/ mixed-use, public and governmental, corporate office, multi-use, residential, hospitality, retail and entertainment, healthcare and education.
Robert W. Herrmann, AIA
During nearly four decades in professional practice, Bob Herrmann has become a nationally recognized, award winning architect and interior designer. Gifted in the art of blending exterior and interior design concepts, projects under Bob’s direction have been honored with some of the industry’s most prestigious awards. Bob oversees regional design efforts, client services, business development and operational management for the firm’s Florida office.
Jerry Rolfson, AIA
Thoughtful and inventive design solutions have been the hallmark of Jerry Rolfson’s career as a registered architect at OMS. As the senior ranking Indianapolis design leader, Jerry directs regional efforts for educational, civic/municipal and commercial buildings, as well as master planning, landscape and interior design. Focusing on the integration of space, light and nature, Jerry’s creative designs routinely help clients achieve their project vision, while honoring tight schedules and strict budgets.
Benjamin W. Rawlins, ASLA
Over the course of his award winning career, Ben Rawlins has been involved in a wide variety of projects encompassing educational and cultural facilities, parks and recreation, urban revitalization, mixed-use developments, community planning, residential and golf community planning, along with transportation related planning and design. Skilled in all areas of analysis, planning, design and management, Ben’s approach is to develop a sense of place within the landscape and to explore all of the natural and cultural influences that will make the design sustainable.

Dennis Cahill, PhD
Dr. Dennis Cahill came to OMS after more than three decades in public education, serving as a teacher, principal and, ultimately, superintendent of schools. Denny possesses extensive experience in strategic planning and consensus building. He leads all OMS direct consulting efforts in pre-architectural programming, long range master planning and strategic facility development. Well known as a critical thinker and dynamic strategist, Denny brings a tremendous sense of vision and organization to OMS’ program-driven design process.

Scott A. Hunt, AIA
With two decades of experience in the healthcare design and construction industry, Scott Hunt leads OMS in its medical facility planning efforts. Scott’s extensive work in master planning and programming for an array of medical and life science facilities provides him with a unique understanding of the owner’s perspective. His operational insights provide a real world appreciation for the intricacies of functional medical facilities, including the streamlining of operations and the development of new specialty healthcare models.

Scott Perez, AIA, NCARB, MAI, CSI, CCS, CCA, LEED AP
As Project Manager, Scott Perez excels within numerous capacities of the firm, including leadership, entrepreneurship, business management and development, project management, process development and architectural design. Scott welcomes a challenge in any arena; his project experience truly runs the gamut to include higher ed, commercial, medical and corporate facilities, among others. Scott joined OMS from Fulcrum Studios, where he served as architect since its inception.

Kenneth Jackson
Kenneth Jackson brings a wealth of skills and artistic passion as Senior Designer at OMS. Kenneth has played a major role in the completion of various projects, including conceptual and schematic design, master plan development, interior design and custom design. Kenneth possesses a unique talent to combine an artistic flair with straightforward architectural components. Kenneth joined OMS from Fulcrum Studios, where he served as Creative Director since its inception.

David Jennings, PE, LEED AP
David Jennings relies on more than 25 years experience as a professional mechanical engineer to provide Total Client Satisfaction to OMS's valued customers. David brings a diversified background of projects to the OMS team, including design/build, corporate, commercial, hospital, higher education and K-12 facilities. David demonstrates excellent client relationship skills through his coordination and positive interaction with owners, colleagues and subcontractors. A LEED Accredited Professional, David has a keen ability to offer sustainable alternatives without sacrificing economy and budget.

Keith Scheid, PE
Keith Scheid serves OMS as a professional electrical engineer with proven talents in situation analysis, problem-solving and decision-making in an industrial manufacturing environment. He assures Total Client Satisfaction by addressing detail-oriented problems and working with others to organize and implement strategic solutions. Keith's top strengths are in project management, and building and maintaining OMS's valued customer relationships.

Annette Filer, AAIA
Annette Filer boasts several years of comprehensive design and management experience spanning educational facilities, commercial buildings, sports and recreation centers, and public parks. Focusing on the integration of space, light and nature, Annette's creative designs routinely help clients achieve their project vision while honoring tight schedules and strict budgets. As project manager, Annette is responsible for quality assurance and accuracy at OMS.

Cheryl Lewandowski, IIDA
Known for her versatile expertise in multiple markets, Cheryl Lewandowski possesses a comprehensive knowledge of programming, furniture and equipment specifications, custom millwork design, color and finish selections, and signage design. Cheryl ensures Total Client Satisfaction through a strong sense of purpose and a program-driven approach, leading to creative, cost-effective solutions for every project. The award-winning designer is known for her portfolio and participation on numerous professional boards.
Debra S. Sparks, Assoc. IIDA
Debra Sparks is a nationally recognized interior designer, highly respected for her collaborative design, planning and programming methods. Her work extends to every arena including libraries, healthcare, higher education, office, commercial and civic/municipal projects. Debra is an expert in space planning, programming, furniture and equipment specifications, custom millwork design, color and finish selections, and signage design. She focuses on the client’s unique needs and vision, implementing solutions that reflect the culture, mission and financial objectives of each client.
Daryl Cooper
As our own in-house technology design expert, Daryl Cooper brings a diversified and extremely valuable skill set to OMS. Highly regarded for his technical knowledge and problem solving abilities, his expertise includes designing, specifying, estimating and installing complex data networking, telephone, security, CCTV, fire alarm and sound systems. During his career, Daryl has incorporated his technology skills into a wide variety of environments such as civic, municipal, corporate, commercial retail, higher education and K-12 facilities.
Terry A. Armstrong, RCDD
Technology Integration Specialist Terry Armstrong oversees the implementation of systems and technologies within all OMS design projects. Terry is a multi-skilled technician who possesses a unique ability to understand all facets of a project. He is appreciated by his team and his clients for his ability to grasp the big picture, while also being detail-oriented and task-focused. Terry has a degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from ITT and excels in the collaborative development of customized technology solutions.
