OMS Architects is Pleased to Announce Shelby County Public Library is Receiving Bids for the Upcoming Renovation! The scope of the renovation includes 2017 Improvements to Shelby County Public Library and Carnegie East Wing. The work consists of architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work as indicated on the bidding documents for 2017 Improvements.

BATESVILLE, IND. – MAY 4, 2012 – JEN FLEGEL – The Batesville Memorial Public Library commissioned Odle McGuire Shook (OMS) to find solutions to reduce the high reverberation time in an Annex space used for various activities, including crafts and meetings/presentations. The 30’x20’ Annex room currently has a reverberation time of between 2.5 and 3.0 seconds, meaning the time it takes.

INDIANAPOLIS, IND. – MAY 2, 2012 –Several Odle McGuire Shook (OMS) team members attended a seminar last week by UIndy’s Center for Aging and Community called Inside, Outside, All Around the Town (http://cac.uindy.edu/) at the Wheeler Arts Community located in the Fountain Square District in downtown Indianapolis. Although it was not specifically meant for designers, it was beneficial.
