From the onset, Odle McGuire Shook sought out the library’s staff and Board to form a collective think tank that benefited the project in significant ways. They listened to the staff’s wants, needs, and dreams and came back to us with a design that was even better than the one we had imagined. I was also thankful that OMS had a representative that attended all of the construction meetings. Everybody works to make sure that the building process is a success. With the help of the OMS team, we completed on time and under budget.
