OMS is Ready for Sleep

With a new entrance canopy and storefront entry complete, Odle McGuire Shook’s (OMS) project at Bartland Convenience Center, Evansville, Indiana is ready for the tenant Sleep Outfitters to build-out the interior for their new store. Mall developer Macerich of Pittsford, NY hired OMS in late January 2012 to complete the design for the landlord scope of work. OMS and its’ consultants – John Oberlies Consulting Engineers and Smith Roberts Structural Engineers completed the document in approximately three weeks on a fast track schedule.
