OMS (Odle McGuire Shook)

OMS recently completed work for Simon Property Group for its Keystone Shoppes.  The goal of this project was to enhance the existing façade of Keystone Shoppes to provide a larger street presence thereby increasing retail opportunities for tenants of Simon Property Group. To that end, the existing 6’-0” high sign band was removed and a new 14’-0” high signage band was constructed. The new signage band incorporates stepped copings and projections while the center and ends of the building are punctuated with distinctive treatment to create visual interest. Consisting of a wood framed façade covered with EIFS, the new façade allows for larger signage areas set over a modern color scheme with metal trims and copings to create a contemporary, updated appearance. The project also included planning for new tenant signage and structural accommodations to replace the brick façade under the canopy with new aluminum storefront. Future tenant renovations will include large glass storefronts to increase retail exposure for each tenant space. The construction work was phased over 4 months and maintained access to all tenants.
