OMS Architects is Pleased to Announce Shelby County Public Library is Receiving Bids for the Upcoming Renovation!

The scope of the renovation includes 2017 Improvements to Shelby County Public Library and Carnegie East Wing. The work consists of architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work as indicated on the bidding documents for 2017 Improvements to Shelby County Public Library and Carnegie East Wing. Work includes re-roofing, replacement of the existing mechanical system, and miscellaneous improvements in Shelby County Public Library and interior renovation and new mechanical/plumbing/electrical systems in Carnegie East Wing.

The Work will be for a stipulated sum. Construction shall be in full accordance with the Bidding Documents prepared by Odle McGuire Shook Architects, Indianapolis, Indiana and its consultants dated August 1, 2017.

A pre-bid meeting will be held at the Shelby County Public Library Meeting Room; meet at the main lobby of the library building at 10:00 a.m., local time on Thursday, August 17, 2017 for the purpose of previewing the site and the Project.

The Bidding Documents are on file with the Owner and may be examined by prospective bidders at the following locations:
